Peak-season bottlenecks and invisible KPIs called for a production-grade foundation. A Django modular monolith runs intake, clearing, billing, and review — alongside a dedicated parser service and three PostgreSQL databases, orchestrated with Docker Compose. Shipped and used daily by distributed staff and contractors.

Manual reporting lagged live operations by days. Batch ETL syncs ops and parser data into semantic KPI views on a schedule — with explicit as-of snapshot semantics so dashboards answer "as of when," not "whenever someone exported a spreadsheet."
